I make a mean carrot cheesecake. My secret is that in the icing I add an oz of Captain Morgans or Malibu (Or both) and kick up the powdered sugar and cream cheese so I get the right consistency.

- Blueberry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream......why you ask............because it's just good!
- I just love Brownies with Hot Fudge and pecans on top , it is sooo good and chocolate-ish. It is mouth watering. It is easy just make a Brownie , then take hot fudge and pecans sprinlke it on and BAM!

it's absolutely scrumptious. - My favorite is Oreo dessert! Its the best!! I love it because it has all my favorite stuff in it, ice cream and cookies! :)
- cut banana on bite-size pieces and spread nutella on them!!!
- Cheescake!!!
