anyone who knows how to cook lebanese food have a good way to marinade chicken and how to cook it to make shawarma? i can make the tabouli and buy store bought hummus, but have been using regular chicken so far.

where can I find high quality lebanese products?
I have recently become obsessed with Lebanese food, especially hummus bi tahini, and I am trying to find out what the best brands are and where I can find them online of Tahini, dried chikpeas, olive oil, and za'atar. I am having an especially hard time finding good lebanese olive oil. I heard that al wadi makes good products but I am having trouble finding a place to order online. any help would be much appreciated.

I am an expatriate working in Saudi Arabia (in Ras Tanura, near Dammam/Al-Kobar). Its just a month since i reached here.. So pretty new to an Arab nation.
I was looking out for some Arabic Delicacies. I've heard Arab food is one of the best in the world.. n they are yamee.. Especially Lebanese food..
