Sims 3 cooking and recipes help?
I have a sim who is level 10 in cooking, learned all of the recipes, and has level 10 gardening (so she has plenty of supplies to cook with), but she can only make level 1 foods. There isn't even the option to make higher level foods, not even the foods you automatically learn when the cooking level raises. She can, however, make the recipes she read that were for level one (like the shawarma).
I tried to have her reread the recipes again, but she doesn't learn them. Even in the cooking journal, it says she only knows level 0-1 foods. Is this an un-fixable bug or something?
One of her traits was Eco- Friendly, but since she could only make some of the recipes, I used LTR points to change it to Natural Cook, so she could make anything. She went from knowing all recipes when Eco-Friendly (but only able to make certain things that can be organic), to knowing level 0-1 recipes as a Natural Cook. I guess either way, I can now only make certain things, but is there a fix?
Mood had no effect. She already learned the recipes, she just has no option to make any of them. It won't even show the green progress bar above her head when she's reading the recipes a second time, because she's rereading them.
